Ms. Eva van Pelt joined the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee in March 2024. She most recently served as Co-CEO and member of the Management Board of Eppendorf Group, a privately-held German Life Sciences company with more than EUR 1.2 billion of annual sales and over 5,000 employees worldwide. Prior to her time at Eppendorf, she held various international management positions of increasing responsibility with Siemens, Accenture, Hitachi Data Systems and Leica Microsystems. She also currently serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Paul Hartmann AG, a publicly-listed German healthcare company, and as President of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce. She earned a Diplom-Kauffrau degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.
